Reset or Update Your Password

Your password is the key to not only logging into your account, but also to purchasing paid audiobooks or Papaya FM membership and uploading or deleting a recording. You can update it at any point or reset it if you’ve forgotten about it. If you sign up with your Facebook/Twitter/Google + account, it is impossible to reset or update the password at Papaya FM. In terms of this situation, please follow the instruction at the website of your social media.

Here is some key information about the password at Papaya FM:

  • It must be between 6 and 50 characters long
  • You are suggested to use letters [a-z], numbers [0-9], or symbols like ^%$&.
  • You can view your password
  • Your password can be reset when you’re logged in or out of your account
  • Do not share your password with anyone; keep your account secure!

Please note: You can only reset your password with the email address linked to your account; the password reset email can’t be sent to any other email. This means that if you created your account with a false email address, you won’t be able to reset your password!
