Not Getting the Verification Email

To verify your email or reset your password, you need to receive an email from us. The email is sent to the email address that is linked to your Papaya FM account.

 

If you are not receiving the email, please make sure to

  • look inside your spam folder
  • verify that Papaya FM is put on the safe sender’s list
  • wait at least an hour, as the email might have been delayed
  • you are looking at the right email account (see Update Email or Reset or Update Your Password to check the linked email)

 

NOTE: You can test if an email is linked to a particular account by entering it at Forgot Password? at the Login page or Account and Security. If you receive an email to that account, you know it is linked!

Make sure to write to us from the email that your account is linked to.
