Protect Your Personal Information

Internet safety is a top priority and everyone should feel safe and secure whenever they use Papaya FM. Privacy is important to those who wish to remain anonymous online, and no Papaya FM user should ever feel obligated to reveal personal information.

Don’t post personal information in your profile or works.

You may refuse any Papaya FM user who requests personal information to prevent them from contacting you.

Never give out your account password. If you feel that your account has been compromised, please review our guide on How to Report a Hacked Account and send an e-mail to our Support Team. Please explain the issue with as much detail as possible. One of our support staff will review your report and information and assist you directly.

If anyone releases your personal information without your consent, contact them to have it removed. If you need additional support, please report the user to our Support Team and provide us a direct link to where your information appears within the story by responding to this email.

Examples of Personal Information include: Phone number, address/location, image and any other personal identifiers.

Please keep in mind, due to the fictional nature of stories and the chances of real names being used coincidentally, we are unable to remove a work for having the same or similar name to a real person. Additionally stories often draw from real life for inspiration, and sometimes they contain situations that happened in real life. Unfortunately, we cannot remove a recording for containing scenarios that are similar to actual events.
