How to Report the Audiobook (Chapter), Comment, or User

The Papaya FM community is a safe and positive environment and all users are encouraged to share their thoughts and opinions in respectful and appropriate forms. Users express themselves through audiobooks (and the related information and description), uploaded recordings. In addition, discussing opinions on works, conversing with others, and developing new ideas together are all great ways to interact on Papaya FM. In some cases, however, the audiobook/chapter is inappropriate or disputes, quarrels, or even humiliations can occur, which may result in audiobook/chapter, comment, or users being reported. If you find an audiobook/chapter, comment (or bullet screen comment), or user that is in violation of Papaya FM’s Terms of Service, please report it to our Support Team via the app’s Feedback or email for review.

What Happens after I Report an Audiobook/Chapter, Comment, or User?

Each report that is submitted is reviewed and the appropriate actions are taken. In some situations, there may not be a notification of the resolution for your feedback or notification.

There are many tools in place to help empower the community to resolve issues on their own and forge a strong sense of connection with other users. Always remember that reports are anonymous and safe and should be used when a situation has no resolution that can be reached between users of Papaya FM involved.
